C Platoon Performs Rare Industrial Rescue at Wash 'N' Lube

On Thursday October 8th, 2015 - UDFD/C platoon was dispatched to the wash 'n' lube on West Chester Pike for an Industrial Rescue. Upon arrival, Rescue Captain John Calamia found an adult male with his finger caught in the fuel filler neck of his automobile. Apparently while filling his automobile with gas, he thought there was chocolate in his gas tank and tried removing it with his finger. After approximately 2 hours, the crew were successful at safely removing the victims finger from the gas tank of his vehicle.
